Pokemon X e Y è il videogioco più venduto in Giappone dell'ultimo anno.

Il popolare Magazine Online Famitsu ha recentemente stilato la classifica dei titoli più venduti in Giappone nell'ultimo anno. Precisamente, se consideriamo le vendite dal 1° Aprile 2013 al 1° Aprile 2014, Pokemon X e Y sono i videogame più acquistati, con ben 4,328,008 di copie vendute. Ma non solo; Monster Hunter 4 è invece il secondo titolo più apprezzato, con 3,429,862 unità.
Stranamente (è ironico ndr.) troviamo anche due titoli Wii U nella Top 10, precisamente Wii Party U all'Ottavo Posto e New Super Mario Bros U al Decimo.
Playstation compare nella classifica con un solo titolo: Grand Theft Auto V per PS3 al Settimo Posto.
